At Moto Merch, all products are custom-made to order. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Production

  • All Moto Merch items are made to order, including customised names, race numbers, and designs.

  • Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

  • Estimated production times provided on the website or at checkout are guides only and not guaranteed.

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has commenced.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia.

  • If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post or other trusted courier services.

  • Shipping method options and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


4. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes begin after production is complete.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, or peak periods.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.


6. Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Moto Merch is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs (if applicable), or events outside our control.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.


7. Incorrect Address Details

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Moto Merch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be made in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.


9. Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • By placing an order, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not available, unless otherwise specified.

  • Moto Merch is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being left in accordance with carrier delivery instructions.
