3. Customised Products

  • All Moto Merch products are custom-made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production may begin immediately.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing & Production Times

  • Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

  • Estimated production times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur during peak race seasons, sales periods, or due to supplier issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and commence once production is complete.

  • Moto Merch is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customised nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer errors in custom details.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and order details.

8. Care Instructions

  • Care instructions are provided with our products and/or on the website.

  • Moto Merch is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or general wear and tear.
